Robert Pattinson Education & Background:

Before handsome hunk, Robert Pattinson gave the men of the world an education on how to be a proper gentleman (as the iconic vampire Edward Cullen), he was simply the "shy one" in his family. Despite being terribly shy, Robert Pattinson always knew he wanted to be some sort of entertainer and performer. He assumed it would be as a musician, and so to that end, he studied hard and became quite adept with the piano and guitar. Both of those skills have served him well in various movie roles. His father strongly encouraged him to try out acting, but, it wasn't until bumping into a troupe of beautiful ladies at a restaurant that he was finally convinced to pursue it more seriously. The ladies said they were attending the Barnes Theater Club, a program from Harrodian, a private school in Barnes, England, just outside of London. While performing in many plays there, he auditioned for the infamous role of Cedric Diggory ("Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire"). That opened up a number of doors for the attractive Brit, and he took it in stride. Along came many offers for other lead roles, among them was his most popular role to date: that of the devilishly debonaire vampire, Edward Cullen. Since that time Robert Pattinson has tried (and succeeded) in reinventing his acting style to suit whatever role he may currently be playing. He appears to be limitless in his many talents, and we eagerly await wherever the road may lead him next.
