Rick Springfield once topped music charts. Now he's topping a different kind of list; celebrities with bad plastic surgery. It seems he’s had a facelift. The rocker and actor was beloved by many through the 80's as a lead on the daytime soap “General Hospital,” and singer of songs like “Jessie’s Girl.” Today, he’s different - both physically and mentally. The actor says he purposely dropped off the scene for more than a decade due to depression. Springfield claims that he’s been against plastic surgery since he had a bad experience with it when he was 23 years old. So, he disputes claims that he’s had a face lift, telling “Billboard” magazine that, "You can tell when someone has had a facelift and I haven't had a facelift, and I look like I haven't had a facelift...I wouldn't do that. I am saying it now, but I am hoping I stick to it."
