Tom Berenger started in soap operas, and has recently started behaving like a soap star again, turning to plastic surgery and facelifts to be ready for a close-up. He came to real fame for a short, memorable role as a murderer in the 1978 classic “Looking for Mr. Goodbar.” Today he’s more memorable for the extreme changes to his face thanks to his recent (possibly unnecessary) facelift.
This picture of Tom Berenger shows the affects of his plastic surgery. His face is fuller, and the skin smoother than even when the actor was a young star.
As is often the case with full facelifts, Tom Berenger’s face looks awkward and uncomfortable. It seems as though the skin is so tight, that it might hurt to smile.
